How It Works

Physician Monitoring

At your first appointment, you will meet with one of our obesity medicine specialists who will assess your weight and medical history and discuss with you the physiology of obesity and the pathways to treat it.  They will work with you to develop a treatment plan.

Lifestyle Intervention

Over the next six months, you will work with your weight loss coach to further develop your plan and put it into practice. As part of the Digital Weight Management Program you will receive the following:

  • A treatment plan, designed by board-certified obesity medicine physicians;

  • A custom weight loss plan based on your unique physical and behavioral profile, risk factors and genetics;

  • Three (3) one-on-one, online coaching sessions focusing on diet, physical activity and behavior change;

  • Twelve (12) coach-led group online classes; and

  • Written program materials including meal plans, food exchange lists, recipes and other weight management information.

How much does it cost?
  • The Digital Weight Management Program costs $390 and is billed in six (6) equal monthly installments of $65. The program cost is a patient obligation, which can be paid from a Health or Flexible Spending Account (HSA or FSA).

  • The cost of the physician visits and medication is billed to insurance and subject to insurance coverage.
